Jeg skal kjøpe filmkamera i sommer, og valget står mellom to kamera

Er det noen vesentlige forskjeller på disse to kameraene? Har en mistanke om at de er ca. like gode, og i så fall kjøper jeg det til 7000kr.
Vet dere om et bedre kamera i samme prisklasse? Noen råd?

Kunne ikke se de store forskjellene på dem nei, men i og med at
NV-GS500E er 2000kr dyrere, er nok optikken bedre, du vet, man får som man betaler for!

Lit mer opptisk zoom på NV-GS500E, og analog inn/utgang, så du kan spille av filmen rett på tv'n. Og kansje den beste fordeln som jeg finner Manuell multi Fokus ring

The PV-GS300 is this year’s step-down model from the PV-GS500. Like the GS500, the GS300 took a big step back from its predecessor, dropping a lot of features and lowering the price to try and entice consumers. It is missing a manual focus ring and has smaller chips (1/6” vs. 1/4.7), a smaller maximum aperture (f/1.8 vs. f/1.6), a cold rather than hot accessory shoe, a smaller optical zoom (10x vs. 12x), a lower max still size (3.1 versus 4.0), and no Cinema mode. The smaller chip size made a sizable impact in low light performance. Finally, the GS500 offers true widescreen, while the GS300 uses a crop-and-zoom technique to obtain 16:9 aspect ratio.

That is a pretty substantial list. Do these features add up to $300? That’s the real question you need to ask yourself. Even if you do choose to step up to the GS500, you’ll still be missing many of the great features of the GS400 and GS250 (the GS300 predecessor). Yes, the GS500 is better than the GS300, but we first recommend you dig around for some of last year’s model.

Det kanskje viktigaste blant det der, er at biletbrikkene til GS500 er større, slik at det gjer betre resultat i forhold med lite lys. Manuell fokusring, som Bulken nemnte, er òg kjekt å ha.

The Panasonic PV-GS500 suffers from worse in-camera sharpening than the HC3, struggled to suppress noise levels when shooting in lower light situations, and turned in sub-par low light performances. This 3 CCD camcorder has 1/4.7 inch chips and the ability to record 4 MP still images to SD card. While the PV records SD video footage to MiniDV tape, it does not have the ability to record HD footage. The PV-GS500 has a wealth of manual control options, such as focus, exposure, aperture, shutter speed, white balance, and zoom, giving the manual control lover a good reason to select this camcorder over the HC3. The LCD is 2.7 inches, and the camcorder has a total optical zoom range of 12x. It is PictBridge compliant, and users will also find that it is equipped with a stereo mini mic-jack, enabling many options which are unavailable with the HC3.

GS500 er nok eit av dei beste kameraa i sin prisklasse, som du heilt sikkert ikkje vil verte misnøgd med. Men ikkje kjøp det til 9000kr, du får det billegare:

Stativ.
Noen som vet om et billig og godt stativ? Og hva gjør egentlig et stativ godt?

Mikrofon.
Er det noe vits å kjøpe en sånn mikrofon til å feste oppå kamera? Hvis det går ann, da. I så fall; noen som vet om en billig og god mikrofon?
